The Advanced Resuscitation course is delivered in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines and first aid code of practice and applies to those who may be required to provide first aid, CPR and oxygen in a range of complex situations, including community and workplace settings.
Instruction on first aid and CPR will be provided, as well as treatments specific to advanced conditions, such as inserting an appropriate basic airway adjunct, using tourniquets and haemostatic dressings for life-threatening bleeding, and administering oxygen safely at the correct flow rate.
This is THE place for workplace training. Good online content and then face to face time is kept to a minimum. Ideal for getting the guys training scheduled before the work day. The new simulator for LV Rescue is much more realistic. I will be telling anyone who asks to head to RTS for CPR and LVR annual training. Thanks 10/10
As international Student, I was looking for renew my documents and trainings on time, without wait for a long time to be able to complete something that seems complicated + school + work. Well, the instructors know what they are doing and my purchase experience was easy, cheap, and I had my certificate the same day . So, I definitely will renew it here next year. Just "CPR Training" take your time (1 hour max) to watch the online pre-assessment and that's it.
Very inflexible, system wouldn't let me complete online training.I arrived on the day and was turned away, was unable to complete practical and sort theory later, even though I'd previously completely the course multiple times.Rude staff onsite too, wouldn't even hear me out, just repeated the same sentence, cutting me off.Unable to refund.Don't use them place. More hassle than its worth
Shout out to Alicia who, pardon the pun, completely breathed life into teaching First Aid! Courses like First Aid and CPR aren't particularly 'exciting' for anyone, but Alicia's fresh approach, knowledge and bubbly presentation of the course really brought it to life and kept students engaged and informed. Can't recommend her enough! The course itself was a few hours of theory online and then a few hours of practical assessment in person - really convenient. Thanks guys!
The whole of the training experience was quite informative. From receiving all our material to learn online to where we could park was a nice touch. Our instructor Jodie made the whole day enjoyable and informative as she allowed us the opportunity to discuss how we could take what we learnt and use it in our work environment. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending RTS.
Clean, new and useful materials. Matt was friendly, polite and knowledgeable and stuck to the time frame of the session. Would definitely recommend to any who need to become certified in First Aid etc.
Although odd location the email sent out prior to course gave clear instructions on available free parking and directions. Offices were clean, all staff friendly and thoroughly enjoyed the CPR refresher by Casey Malone - very efficient with getting through the contents and demonstrations. Certificate came out within an hour and will come back again. Cheers
Excellent female trainers - both a bit 'hyper' but very engaging, knowledgeable - and fun !Not presented in the usual boring style - kudos to them for using their bubbly personalities to make these courses interesting !Would def. recommend to anyone !
Had a good laugh to lighten the mood! Practical was easy to do and adequate supply of resources. Factual, to the point and relevant!(12/01/22) I've just done my first aid refresher (HLTAID012 - Child Care First Aid) with RTS and I love how they never fail to impress me! I can't recommend this RTO enough. Content is context relevant and Casey was great at connecting with all participants! Instead of dreading renewals, I always look forward to them! Even better now that more content can be accessed online for training. Keep it up guys!
Wasn't easy to find. Took me 10 minutes along drake st to finally find the roof top parking.. Would have been a whole lot easier to say the roof top parking it is approx X metres from Scarborough beach road on the right. Would have made it much easier. The unit is actually a fair way from Scarborough beach rd, closer to Howe st.However, apart from that, the course was great, informative. First time i did it like this, mostly online then prac class session.
Excellent trainer and training course. The prework was detailed and a good refresher. The in class training was great too. I was lucky enough to be in a class of my own but even with a couple more people (as there is a 3 person limit for advanced resus) it would have been good. All elements were covered and we even finished early. Thanks Alicia and RTS :)
I've participated in multiple LVR/CPR courses and this establishment is now number 1 on my list.1. Straight to the point no nonsense training.2. Professional staff.3. Plenty of equipment and space.4. Plenty of parking.5.Early start times which is a great option.I would recommend enrolling your staff or yourself through this company.
Incredible service! Very comprehensive and quality training with great learning aids. Genuinely had fun and will definitely be returning for any refreshers. Highly recommend! Thanks and keep up the great work! 🙏🙌
A training service that is straight to the point! Only the important practicals to refresh your skills and jog your memory from the online learning. You get in, you get done and your out. Very happy.Would be nice if they could be registered with a construction or training fund so that workers could get a rebate.
The best ever. Better than any training facility. Quick, professional and simple. I won't forget my training because it was taugh in a fast and efficient way. Other training providers got it completely wrong thinking that writing papers all day or being interrogated and tested is the way but that only builds pressure and confusion. Welcome to the new way of grasping knowledge and learning first aid. Best provider ever and the price is worth it because its not too cheap or too expensive. The cheap providers make you sit all day and the expansive ones also. RTS is a perfect balance
I completed my Provide first Aid and CPR with Alicia on Friday 1/10/2021. I found the session extremely informative. Alicia was very knowledgeable, approachable and she supplied lollipops. Online learning was very easy to follow and learn from. Highly recommend RTS Training Group to everyone wanting to learn First Aid and CPR.
I attended the CPR refresher course and everything was so smooth and professional. The trainer took us through everything we needed to know and I learnt a couple of things I had never heard of before. Will definitely go back for my next yearly refresher!
Online study is very good and easier to understand. All the content is appropriate and useful for our daily work.Matthew Merritt was delivered the practical section and he is very good with all those practical section. Thanks RTS.
RTS training had great online content that was well delivered and easy to follow. The in class practical work was precise and straight to the point. Casey was a great instructor and delivered the content pro actively and was a pleasure to learn from.
I am proud of RTS Training Group. I had the opportunity to refresh my first aid and also CPR course. I also give thanks to Casey for her time and passion to equip me with the necessary current learning skills. She teaches with passion and able to reach people with English as their second Language. Casey also respect diversity and teach with wisdom and knowledge. I therefore entreat all those who are looking forward to complete their first aid and CPR course, to register with RTS Training Group. They are the best in WA.
Casey was lovely, very approachable and took away all the nerves I had for the day. She had a great sense of humor combined with a lot of knowledge and real world situations. Being able to do the learning content online and the practical assessment in person was also a great benefit to fit around my work schedule. Definitely recommend the courses here!
