Need to Reschedule or Cancel?

We understand that sometimes, things change at the last minute. 

Each time you desire to change a booking, whether that be the time or date, or to cancel the booking altogether, we require your request to be sent in writing via email to admin@rtstraining.com.au. This email must contain the participant’s full name, course and enrolment date, along with your request to reschedule/cancel.

Once your request has been received, we will create a credit voucher for you that you can use to reschedule the participant.
