Need to Reschedule or Cancel?

We understand that sometimes, things change at the last minute. 

Each time you desire to change a booking, whether that be the time or date, or to cancel the booking altogether, we require your request to be sent in writing via email to This email must contain the participant’s full name, course and enrolment date, along with your request to reschedule/cancel.

Once your request has been received, we will create a credit voucher for you that you can use to reschedule the participant.
