What to expect after booking:
Once a booking has been made, the participant will receive an email titled “Enrollment into Upcoming Training.” It is important that the participant clicks the “confirm” button in that email, as that will give them access to the required online pre course modules.
On top of this, they will also receive email reminders 3 days and 24 hours before the course date, outlining the location of our Training Centre and pre-course requirements.
As the booking contact, you will also receive a separate email confirming the participant’s enrolment. This email includes a tax invoice for your records.
Once the participant has completed their training, they will receive an email with a link to download their certificate. If you require a copy of this certificate please see the following article for instructions. How to view my Employee’s Certificates.
