The trainers know how to make the class more fun for a whole day training (Remote First Aid). Jess and Meg were super helpful with our questions and explain all the materials clearly. Highly recommended

RTS is my first choice for 1st Aid training. Always plenty of courses available at a reasonable price. Jess was a great facilitator and delivered the training at a good pace.

Highly recommend RTS for CPR and First Aid training. The process of booking in, completing the prep work then going in for assessment was made so easy to do and follow. Our trainer Adam was funny and knowledgeable making the practical part efficient and enjoyable. Will be sending my staff here in future. Thanks guys!

Had a first aid course for the first time, and I was pretty nervous at first but the trainer Jessica was great. She was explaining things really well, was patient, friendly and understanding. I really liked her style of communication.

My third time here for CPR refresher. It is a well organised course and time efficient. The trainers have been amazing, helpful and informative. Tess was supportive to the group, showed a lot of kindness and we had some fun which helps to learn. She has outstanding communication skills.

I had a first training yesterday. I really enjoyed it. I forget the trainer name but she was very helpful and supportive. She explained each and every thing very politely. I recommend RTS to my family members and all friends.

RTS is the most convenient and helpful way to do first aid and CPR. Having access to the online training means I can fit it in around a busy schedule. Just completed my face to face learning with Clare, she was knowledgeable, reassuring and entertaining.

Did my CPR and LVR refresher with Adam. He was great, no nonsense, made sure everyone was involved and understood everything. Can be a bit hard to find as they're tucked away in a corner but the team there was fantastic.

Avoid this place if you want to avoid a massive headache. They are only interested in making money.Very inflexible, system wouldn't let me complete online training as I had done it previously.I arrived on the day and was turned away, was unable to complete practical and sort theory later, even though I'd previously completely the course multiple times.Rude staff onsite too, wouldn't even hear me out, just repeated the same sentence, cutting me off.Showed them their own documentation which states that at the trainer’s discretion online training can be completed up to 60 days post practical course but still weren’t willing to let me do my assessment.Unable to refund. Unable to rebook without calling call centre. Would have to pay again.When previously completing training here, the practical component was poorly run with no attention to detail and several people performing poor CPR technique still approved. Only attempted to return here due to promise of 1 hour courseDon’t use this place. More hassle than its worth

Tess from RTS was amazing in not just teaching but helping us to understand our role in an emergency situation as a Chief Fire warden. The level of detail in our training exercises was amazing and the help Tess and the other staff provided to help you though it was above and beyond. It's not often you can walk away from a training course 110% confident in being able to perform in an actual emergency but after the training with Tess from RTS (John helped a lot to) I feel I could almost do anything.

Always a great experience doing my refresher CPR sessions. The trainers are wonderful and the environment is extremely hygienic, professional and friendly. I won’t go anywhere else :)

Thanks to the team at RTS for delivering an absolutely fantastic First Aid Course! I recently completed my Remote Area First Aid Course with RTS Training. The pre course work and face to face component of the course was structured well, and interesting. I loved the fact that we were hands on practical from the get-go and the scenario-based approach allows you to practice skills and gain experience. Perfect way to deliver a face-to-face session. The instructors were awesome - super professional, experienced, knowledgeable and great fun. Facilities were very good. Thankyou RTS - looking forward to attending future training with you.
