Did my CPR and LVR refresher with RTS Training yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the course.
The trainer knew her stuff, kept it practical, and related everything back to real situations you might face on site. The training was hands-on, easy to follow, and there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get involved.
The facilities and equipment were excellent, and the whole course was run professionally from start to finish. It’s good to see a training provider focused on making sure people actually understand the skills rather than just ticking boxes.
Just completed my fire training here at RTS and also recently my LVR CPR! I definitely won’t be going to any other training company again. RTS is fantastic. It’s great that they allow you to work together and not just putting you on the spot! Today we had Yolanda, she was great at delivering the course material and practical sessions, applying great humour also which is a bonus! She’s super bubbly and made for a great morning!
The best training facility I have ever used. The CPR dummies are very modern and up to date — not the old, worn-out ones that many other places still use. The trainers genuinely care about what they are teaching and are clearly passionate about helping people learn, rather than just treating it as a job.

My only criticism would be the automated email reminder system, which sometimes sends emails very late at night or early in the morning (around midnight to 2am). Other than that, the overall experience was excellent.
Attended RTS for the full whack of CPR, First Aid & LVR, our trainers were Monty, Tessa & Tash and they were phenomenal at delivering the courses & keeping it very engaging, friendly and with a good dash of humour! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to gain the knowledge or even to refresh, you’re in great hands to retain the knowledge to perform in a situation and gain the confidence to do it. Thank you very much it’s greatly appreciated!
I attended the LVR-CPR course on Thursday. The trainer was good overall, however during the LVR assessment a comment from another participant felt uncomfortable and seemed related to my accent as a non-native English speaker.
It would be great to ensure the learning environment remains respectful and inclusive for everyone. It might also help if trainers address this kind of situation when it happens.
Completed my CPR/LVR, First attack Fire fighting and Working at heights. The courses were very informative and interactive. It was not lengthy but just useful information in them. All the trainers in my courses were very professional experienced. It was an overall great experience with RTS. Highly recommend them for blue collar trainings.
Great course! Completed their LVR/CPR course. Hour and a half online, hour and a half in class, perfect mix. The trainer (Jac) was amazing. Would definitely recommend.
I recently completed the CPR and Low Voltage Rescue course, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable, breaking down complex procedures into clear, practical steps. The hands-on training was engaging, with realistic scenarios that built confidence in performing CPR and handling low voltage emergencies safely.
